If you are suffering from a concussion or other type of head injury sustained during a football game, or even during practice, Hollins Law Group PLLC can help. Professional sports players are at serious risk of injury, particularly head trauma, and the long-term effects can be devastating if left untreated. Perhaps most alarming is the fact that many of them could have been prevented if authorities had taken the proper safety measures to protect and prevent athletes from future risks.
The issue has become so widespread and problematic that the National Football League (NFL) has implemented an aggressive Public Relations campaign to appease growing concern among the public. The goal: To convince audiences, especially Pro Sports fans, that participation in the NFL is safe for all players involved. However, similar efforts made by the organization, particularly those geared towards the implementation of new rules to reduce players’ risk of concussions, prove that the issue is nowhere near being resolved.
